Celebrations:


Earlier during the chilly winter months of Pausha and Magh, one-month long Annual Festivity of Khichari Utsav is celebrated. During which specially prepared Khichari, unparalleled in the world, is offered to the Deity before Mangla.The last five days of Krishna paksh and Shukla paksh i.e. Ekadashi, Dwadashi, Thrayodashi, Chaturdashi, Mavas and Poornima are the most important days as Sri Radhavallabhji dress like Bankey Bihari, Mansorvar Radha Rani, Lord Shiva, Lord Balarama and Yugal Swaroop (Sri Krishna and Sri Radharani together as one) respectively. The beautiful Lila’s of Kalia dahan, Cheer haran, Gau charan, Govardhan Dharan and other Baal Lila’s are beautifully depicted with props. These beautiful darshan are delight to eyes and feast to soul.



Decorations and bhog:
The Khichari made of rice, ghee, dry fruits with hot spices yet tastes totally unique as it's salty and sweet and its accompaniments like different type of vegetables, pickles, preserves, chutney, adrak kucha( Special tasty preserve of spices with ginger), pappad, feni, ghevar, dry fruits, gazak, lukewarm milk with makhan and many more. The Deity is garbed daily with a new special robe known as 'Phargul' in Mangla. After Mangla Aarti, Sriji blesses with disguised appearances everyday to the devotees enthralling them.
