Bhagwat Puraan preaches us that’Humanity blossoms with love and soils with hate.Hate is a slow poison which passes on to generations therby causing bloodshed.One harbours hate when he is humiliated,assaulted or harmed by another being’s deeds.This hatered gives birth to revenge.Bhagwat defines revenge as one’s greatest enemy,the soul which commits sin will repay for it on this very earth he is born on.We are not rightful to curse that being for his/her sins.
Eg:Bhagwat Puraan explains this preaching through the Story of King Parikshith.
One day king Parikshith went for hunting, feeling thirsty he approached a hut that belonged to Shamik Rishi and called out for assistance.Being in Samadhi Rishi did not realise Parikshith’s presence.Annoyed from this humiliation Parikshith put a dead snake around the Rishi’s neck.Yet the Rishi did not move an inch being in Samadhi.Having spoilt the purpose of his Samadhi, Parikshith egoistically left the hut at once.Soon after the Rishi’s son returned to the hut, He burnt in fury on finding his father’s salvation being disrupted.He thereby cursed the King ,that on the seventh day he will be killed by the bite of the poisonous Thakshak snake.Shringi Rishi scolded his son for this revengeful deed Said”Devotees of Lord are not rightful of this act of cursing someone.It is the Divine Himself who will carve the path of repayment of our deeds.”
                       Later on the King realised his sin and the curse he was given.Regrettfully,the king readilly accepted the curse and decided to hear Shri Mad Bhagwat Puraan the whole week for the purification of his deed.This decision led him to Baikunth on the day of his cursed death.And Thakshak went into Lord Indra’s refuge.Now Parikshith’s son Janmayjay vowed to take revenge of his father’s death.He organised a yagna to destroy Lord Indra and all the snakes of the earth.Brahspatiji came to Indra’s rescue and asked Janmayjay to stop the yagna as this would cause only more sins.He further explained that This hateful revenge did not let him realise that the curse had led His father to the purest path of salvation and inturn he would only take the lives of  millions of snakes on the earth,a sin in itself.
This explains Hatered and Revenge is not the right thing always it will only lead to destruction and downfall of each other.Forgiveness is the only tool to save people from giving a curse or getting cursed.As told by Bhagwat Puraan this viscious cycle of life and death should only be controlled by the almighty,who is far above from disqualities such as hatered and revenge.

Epics and Puraans are enriched with divine excerpts of truth and justice.
Epics are not mere stories but answers to real life queries in vivid forms.
It is on the mankind to relate to the morales of these Epics and Puraans and incorporate them in their day to day life

Famous Epics  and Puraans have their own Significance;
On one hand where Shri Mad Bhagwat relates to the ‘Karmas’ or Deeds of human Mankind,
The other hand Ramayana preaches respect and love for elders,siblings,friends and all creatures.
Vedas(Rigveda,Samveda,Yajurveda and Atharveda)relate to the methods of attaining enlightment,Whereas
Bhagwad Gita Teaches us the truth of soul being free from all materialistic bounds.
All Puraans uplift us from the feelings of malice,hatered,ego and desires which are the cause of our retarded and unhealthy lives.
God Has always been kind enough to bless us with such divine Epics and Puraans.We together can spread His blessings among all on this universe,All we need is to set an example by incorporating these morales within ourself first,which will help others understand what is the true meaning of life.Jai Shri RadhaKrishna!

Are you stressed of your daily chores and worries?Try These Ten Destressing Tips:

  1. Detox your mind of all the clutter and concentrate on more simple aspect of life that ‘love all and all will love thee’.
  2. Enjoy the smallest aspect of your daily routine.For eg: Even if you eat an loaf of bread with a butter topping;enjoy it, as you may be luckier than those thousands who dont have any to eat.
  3. Try  not nagging about every thing you lack as if you are capable enough you will achieve it one or the other day.
  4. Anti Depressants or Suicide are not the answer to worldly worries.Meditation is a far better answer.A means of self discovery of reaching the enlightened path from the dungeons of fear,humility,incompetence
  5. Music Therapy a great destresser.For eg:Radhavallabh Dhuni does wonders in terms of destressing us from clutter of the mind,the couplets guide us through self realisation.
  6. Revenge is not the only solution.Keep your calm and give it a thought,For eg:If your disqualities are so noticable to get you humiliated,then you are capable and strong enough to get your qualities noticed and appreciated too.
  7. A 10 min. therapy to beat stress you can follow;
    Start with the basic.Sit cross legged comfortably in a place that pleases you the most.Imagine you are the happiest,strongest and most intelligent person on earth,Its only the others that dont notice it.
  8. Close your eyes and try reliving the most cherished and precious moments of life.And for those so stressed for not to find any,here is a sol. imagine a ray light coming towards you from the void of a dark tunnel
  9. After every inhaled deep breath,release your mental tensions by chanting ‘Harivansh’ calmly and softly.
  10. In ten min. flat you will feel some positive vibes surrounding you,Now capture these vibes to face the challenges of your life,as nothing is impossible.

Believe it or not , if not the world but there is One person who will always believe and love you for what you are and will be and i.e. the almighty who responds to all our good deeds in a positive manner.

Parikrama’ means to walk a distance around an auspicious place, which when started  at a specific point  has to be ended on the same i.e. in form of a circle’s circumference. Parikrama is a medium where one can feel the presence of the almighty within and in those surrounding him; by means of Jap,Tap and Vrat as these three combine to form Parikrama i.e. one chants the mantras(Jap)within,one is using his body power(Tap)to accomplish  Parikrama , one does not eat anything(Vrat) till he has finished the Parikrama . For eg:  Akshaya Navmi  is the  most famous and auspicious festival when people from far and wide come to Vrindavan to perform ‘Parikrama’.
