Why to waste tears -when they will never repay,
Why to collect possessions -when they will not stay;
Why to worry for things -which will perish one day,
Why not chant the holy name Sri Krishna even in dismay,
Why not surrender selfish desires and selflessly pray,
For only His love stays with us even on death’s bay.
