font-family: Calibri;\">10gms of finely chopped Almonds<br \/>\n10gms of finely chopped pistachios<br \/>\n10gms of raisins<br \/>\n10gms of roasted melon seeds<br \/>\n1tsp cardamom<br \/>\n5 to 10 (<em>kesar<\/em>) saffron petals<br \/>\n250gms Mava (Khoya- granular condensed milk solid)<br \/>\n100gms powdered sugar(Bura)<br style=\"mso-special-character: line-break;\" \/><br style=\"mso-special-character: line-break;\" \/><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 10pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; mso-bidi-language: HI;\">Take maida in a vessel, add ghee and mix it well.<br \/>\nAdd water and knead it to soft dough.<br \/>\nThen in a separate pan heat the Mava and soften it.<br \/>\nThen add the almonds, pistachios, raisins, melon seeds, cardamom, kesar petals and powdered sugar.<br \/>\nThen roll out small balls of the maida dough into small round circular shapes.<br \/>\nAdd the mixture in the centre of the circle<br \/>\nApply film of water at the edge and seal the ends by pressing them together.(Can design with twisting the edges)<br \/>\n(Optional)For a sweeter taste glace them in melted sugar.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;
