And the answer has probably been &#8216;Yes&#8217;.<br \/>\nI guess so because the reason has been quite a valid one. In hindu culture the flame of lamp known as &#8216;Diya&#8217;, acts like a witness to whatever we pray; It is the sole visible observer of are thoughts and emotions. The Flame relates to the God of flame the &#8216;Agni Devta&#8217; who acts as a messenger on Earth of our deeds to God Himself.<br \/>\nThus one should trust one&#8217;s prayer and believe that god has send his messengers to this Earth who carry our feelings to him.
