The duties that one commits in his life are measured by qualities, otherwise known as Gunas. There are three types of Gunas \u201cSaatvik\u201d, \u201cRajas\u201d, \u201cTaamas\u201d.<br \/>\n\u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.radhavallabh.com\/blog\/saatvik-guna\/\">Saatvik<\/a>\u201d is the supreme and best quality associated with pure and friendly deeds done for humanity with pleasant thoughts of wellbeing.<br \/>\n\u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.radhavallabh.com\/blog\/rajas-guna\/\">Rajas<\/a>\u201d are secondary associated with one\u2019s qualities associated with thoughts which revolve around desire and needs.<br \/>\n\u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.radhavallabh.com\/blog\/taamas-guna\/\">Taamsik<\/a>\u201d are the lowest kind of qualities associated with deeds involving shrewdness, violence, and self centeredness.<br \/>\nAs per the \u2018Puraans\u2019 and \u2018Vedas\u2019; these qualities are judged as per our lifestyle, behavior and the food we consume, which may not necessarily reflect a particular type in today\u2019s world.<br \/>\nThese are further described in our posts separately.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A human soul is a blend of duty, faith, morals and divinity.
