We forget about death’s knife,
Busy fulfilling our selfish aspiration,
We forget peace reigns all emotions,
Busy enjoying pleasures and lust,
We forget everything turns to dust,
Busy living world’s ever changing pace,
We forget to learn the truth of life’s race,
Busy measuring gains in our smiles and gloom,
We forget Sri Krishna’s devotion forever blooms.
